The successes of The Way Home would not be possible without the partnership of local property managers. These partnerships help ensure that individuals and families experiencing homelessness have adequate access to safe and affordable housing and simultaneously improve the quality of local communities.
The Way Home provides advantages to properties and property management companies who partner with its permanent housing programs by keeping vacancy rates low, stabilizing rents, reducing market costs, and providing resources and continuing education on fair housing and other relevant topics.
